The Organik Rebel is rooted in lived experience.
Our founder began her natural healing journey at the age of 16 due to debilitating digestive issues; she developed a strong conviction for nutrition, herbs, and holistic wellness in the late 90's at a time when these ideas were far from mainstream. Holding these views often meant going against the grain socially, which shaped her identity as an advocate for natural healing.
As she gained experience in the private event industry as a professional bartender, she experienced imposter syndrome — balancing a career involved in serving alcohol while personally living a wellness-forward lifestyle. Over time, she found a way to bring both worlds together. The Organik Rebel was born as a space where her commitment to natural healing, plant medicine and her professional bartending skills could coexist, resulting in non-alcoholic beverage experiences that are intentional, functional, and include traditional bartending experiences.
Hospitality Rooted in Experience
With a foundation in special events studies from college and over 20 years of hands-on hospitality experience, our approach is grounded in both formal training and real-world execution. Certified as a professional bartender and Smart Serve trained, we bring safe, skilled, and confident service to every event we work.
Alongside traditional bartending expertise, we hold a certification in herbalism and sports nutrition, allowing us to thoughtfully incorporate wellness-informed ingredients and functional beverage concepts into our offerings. This unique blend of hospitality, beverage craft, and wellness knowledge shapes a service style that is intentional, elevated, and experience-driven.
